Debt&Equity Origination Department
offers advisory services and capital raising on the capital market through securities issues (both shares and bonds), via public offers or private placement.
The Department team of professionals has a wide experience in structuring and intermediating transactions, following a long lasting presence on the capital market:
- The largest corporate bond issue in Romania - Raiffeisen Bank (RON 138 mn.);
- The third largest corporate bond issue to date - Finansbank Romania (RON 41 mn.);
- The largest municipal bond issued on the Romanian capital market - Timisoara City (RON 20 mn.);
- The largest IPO on the Romanian capital market - Flamingo International (EUR 12.5 mn.);
The Raiffeisen Capital&Investment team is supported in specific capital market operations by professionals of the Raiffeisen Zentralbank Group.
